TSG have experience from various smart card & MFA solutions. For on-premise/hybrid environments, YubiKey is our favorite.

Although native tools and our custom scripts can fulfill many requirements in a migration project, we often recommend tools with higher grade of standardization & automation. For migration projects, we usually suggest Quest or Binary Tree, where TSG are a partner.
